What Happens

The Authentic Leader Workshop is a customizable leader development intensive experience. Designed for leaders and managers, and combined with our TLC 360 Profile, this workshop has been utilized for years for deep leadership and organization development.

This workshop consistently produces significant shifts in the effectiveness and impact of leaders and their teams. It shifts the mindset of leaders from being skilled and knowledgeable “reactors” to marketplace and organizational problems to primary “creators” or contributors to the possibilities these conditions present. This profound shift in consciousness makes substantial changes possible in work performance, team relationships, earning potential, and culture—often for the first time.

  • Engages the leader in discussions, exercises, simulations, and reflections that deepen insight into, and encourage ownership of TLC 360 Profile results

Applying the Spark

At the end of the program, participants are expected to review their own strengths and gaps in becoming a truly authentic leader and put together Applying the Spark, a 90-day implementation plan. This plan considers the current situation of the leader and the desired skills and practices around moving from reactive to “self-authoring” with productive results at the end of the 90-day period. Specific, time-bound steps are identified to close the gap. This plan is shared with the participant’s leader within 5 days of the training once the participant is back on the job.
